Originally from Conroe, Texas, Natalie earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and went on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.
Natalie’s passion for physical therapy began at a young age when a close family member faced significant health challenges and required extensive therapy. Watching the profound impact physical therapy had on her loved one’s recovery and quality of life inspired her to pursue a career where she could make that same difference for others. She is driven by the opportunity to walk alongside her patients through difficult seasons and help them regain strength, confidence, and independence.
Natalie has experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and is LSV BIG Certified for Parkinson’s Disease. She is dedicated to creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals. She believes in listening first—taking time to truly understand her patients’ concerns, lifestyles, and expectations. Her approach combines hands-on manual therapy, targeted exercise prescription, and functional movement training to help patients return to the activities they love safely and efficiently.
What Natalie enjoys most about being a physical therapist is getting to know her patients and building meaningful relationships throughout their recovery journey. She values the trust her patients place in her and strives to create a supportive, encouraging environment where progress feels achievable.
Outside of the clinic, Natalie enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, traveling, and volunteering in her community.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or working toward a specific performance goal, Natalie is committed to helping you move better, feel stronger, and live life with confidence.
